Situated 1-hour drive from Barcelona Penedès is one of Spain's best wine-producing regions and one of the most ancient viticultural areas in Europe. 

We will visit CavasHill, an old winery in Moja village, which started producing high quality wines and cavas (a typical Catalan sparkling wine) in 1887. During the visit we will get a first-hand look at the meticulous winemaking process and discover the secrets of wine and cava. We will walk around the old family house admiring the beauty of green vineyards. Next, we will travel back in time exploring the old tunnels. 

To finish this fascinating experience, there is only one thing left! The tasting! We will taste 1 wine and 2 excellent cavas, and learn about ageing, blending, pairing, and serving these fabulous products.
